1. Basic tasks of the baristas
All customers are welcome in our coffee shops and should feel accordingly at all times. When a customer enters the shop, the first thing you should do is greet them with eye contact and a smile. Then the barista will ask him or her what he or she would like to order. It is the barista's job to be able to tell the customer about all products, including the background knowledge of our coffee houses.
2. Training
We want to offer our customers quality in a modern atmosphere. Therefore, we cannot leave anything to chance. Every barista undergoes three training courses that initiate him or her into the secret art of coffee. The knowledge about the perfect espresso preparation covers topics such as the grinder setting, influences of the brewing temperature, quality assurance, optimal handling with the appropriate coffee beans and foaming milk. In the second part, the history and philosophy of EINSTEIN KAFFEE™, which has existed since 1978, is conveyed. Our baristas present the brand to the public every day and thus bear a great responsibility. In the latte art course, our baristas learn how to make the perfect milk foam and train all kinds of designs – from the classic leaf to the heart.
